If you are not sure what is the right answer to a particular question, just leave it and then, when you get trough all questions in that section, return to those that you left.
Also, for all multiple choice questions, give you answer ONLY when you are more than 50% confident that it is the correct one, otherwise, you’ll lose the points from those that you already answered correctly. For example, if there were 4 choices for the question and you’ve chosen one that is wrong, ? will be subtracted from your total points of correct answers. If you don’t know the right answer to the question, DO NOT guess, just leave it blank.
For multiple choice questions it is better to leave the question unanswered than give a wrong answer.
For those questions that are not multiple choice, it is suggested to do your best and write whatever you think is the most correct, because there is no chance to lose but a possibility to gain. |

You have about 25 questions for each section, so try not to spend more than one minute on each of those.
Do not rush, too, but act quickly with concentration. |

If the correct answer for an analogy "jumps out at you" without the bridge-building step, great - go for it! But the more you practice bridge-building before the test, the faster your instincts will supply answers on SAT day. |
